1. Order Cancellation:

2. Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

● Product damaged in transit
● Manufacturing defects
● Item not matching the description

3. Return Procedure:
● Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
● Share photos or videos showing the issue
● Our team will review and confirm return eligibility
● Approved returns must be sent in original packaging with all accessories

4. Refund Process:
After inspection, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Products:
Certain items like safety gear, consumables, or opened packaging may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Such terms will be mentioned on the respective product page.

6. Exchange Option:
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. This will be discussed during the return approval process.
